 Welcome to E Studio Pilates, a space dedicated to movement, strength, and wellness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced,  and energized every day.   

We believe Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a way to build mind-body awareness, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Our approach focuses on precision, breath, and mindful movement, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

We are a two-reformer studio that provides private and semi-private (2 clients to one instructor) training sessions.

Exercises are performed on a mat or using special equipment, such as the Reformer with Tower, the Cadillac, or the Wunda Chair. Pilates focuses on core muscles, torso stability, and alignment of the spine.

What is Pilates?

Services

1.      Private One on One Training Session: $80.00

One 60-minute private training session with Instructor Erica Mages.  First-time clients will add an extra 30 minutes for an evaluation/intro.

2.       Private Session Package/ 3 one on one sessions: $210.00

Three 60-minute training sessions with Instructor Erica Mages.  Each session averages out to $70.00 each.  First-time clients will add an extra 30 minutes to their first session for an evaluation/intro.

3.      Private Session Package/ 5 one on one sessions: $325.00

Five 60-minute sessions with instructor Erica Mages.  Each session averages out to $65.00 each.  First-time clients will add an extra 30 minutes to their first session for an evaluation/intro.  

Semi-private sessions are available at the same pricing as above.  Semi-private sessions are two people getting trained at the same time.  Special Requirements MUST BE MET.  These sessions are for 2 people with similar goals and needs. Please inquire if you are interested in Semi-Private sessions BEFORE booking.

Certified Instructor Erica Mages

Erica Mages is the owner and instructor at E Studio Pilates.  She is a comprehensively certified instructor, certified in all apparatus including Mat, Reformer, Cadilac, Springboard, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle.  She is also certified in Barre Above and the Pilates Suspension Method, using a TRX.

Erica has been teaching group and private Pilates classes for several years.  She has a passion for helping people discover and fall in love with Pilates.
